If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Valentines Orders
Due to seasons rush, we will be assigning orders to our florist partners right after receiving it. So orders placed for delivery date 13th, 14th & 15th Feb, Can not be cancelled/modify due to any reason. Even no address change request will be entertained for these specific delivery dates. Kindly place your order carefully with correct delivery details so that we can deliver your order to the right person without failure.
Order attempt due to invalid contact number / incomplete shipping address, No refund will be applicable in case of order attempt.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Since these are perishable items, We don’t accept any sort of cancellation OR refund if the product is ready OR shipped already. If still customer want to cancel, there will be 100% cancellation charges and no refund will be applied in such case. In case of product damage, Do let us know within 1 hour of delivery along with images so that we can check and arrange a quick replacement of the flowers if applicable. If the complaint is raised after 1 hour of time frame, No refund will be applicable in this case due to its perishable nature.

Flowers & Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You- This is application is the cancellation is made before processing/sending out for delivery from store/warehouse.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
